The entrance was moved from the east facade to the north, emphasized by a wood clad canopy that starts over the sidewalk, extending into the space over the reception desk and wrapping down the back wall behind the desk. The gesture adds an element of warmth to warehouse building, inviting and drawing visitors into the building. A radial lighting layout, centered over the reception desk also brings the focus from the exterior into the main lobby.

They were there when the Seleka arrived in a car. They didn't think anyone was there and started attacking. Christians, Muslims, we're all together here."On Friday, the hospital treated around 40 people, most of them civilians.We first encountered this boy on Wednesday.With a group of other Muslims, he'd been helping to defend a local church that had come under attack from the Seleka.Two days later, he was shot in the leg.Frightened, he's asked to remain anonymous.SOT 2 Young boy"We've been protecting churches, we want a reconciliation. We sat down together with the vicar and talked. About peace, all those kind of things. But this morning, there's more trouble. The anti-balakas have come out on to the streets to carry out massacres.
